TIG Welding - Intermediate Course BS4872

To provide learners with the skills and knowledge to undertake TIG welding tasks competently and safely to BS4872. The course would be adapted to cover client specifications, including joint configurations and welding positions.
Outline of syllabus

Days 1 - 4 tutored welding practice, to include:

• Weld preparation
• Weld configuration
• Day 5 completion of weld test samples

Test types

• Flat (PA) or Horizontal (PC) or Vertical (PF) learner specified in mild steel in the appropriate material thickness.

Duration: 5 days

Venue: Doncaster Training Centre
