Understanding Equality And Diversity

This one day workshop is designed to give employees, supervisors and first line managers a basic understanding of the importance of promoting and monitoring equality and diversity in the workplace.

  • Looking at problems faced by employers when recruiting staff
  • Appropriate behaviour in the workplace

  • Equality and diversity the facts

This is a fun packed day, which makes people think about how they conduct themselves in the workplace.
