BS 4872 MIG / MAG Welding Approval

This course has been designed to meet the practical skills approved by the British Standards Institute and is ideal for anyone who has already achieved the relevant practical skills or appropriate experience to undertake MIG/MAG welding tasks competently and safely to the BS 4872 standard.
The length of course has been adapted to cover the clients individual needs, ie 5 Days Duration which includes training and weld test types in plate.
Test types
Flat (PA) or Horizontal (PC) or Vertical (PF) learner specified in mild steel in material thickness of 6mm to 12mm

Tutored welding practice, to include:
Weld preparation
Weld configuration
Completion of weld test samples
