Matthew Jolly- Level 3 Apprentice Of The Year

Matthew joined the non-employed apprenticeship training programme in August 2004.  During this programme Matthew shone above other group members and completed all of his evidence to an extremely high standard, well ahead of his target date.  On completion of his Industrial Applications Apprenticeship Matthew gained full-time employment with Pegler as an apprentice electrician.

Matthew has made excellent progress whilst working at Pegler, his commitment has been rewarded with opportunities to work alongside senior personnel on special projects.  Matthew plans to complete his apprenticeship one year ahead of his target date and through his own dogged determination he will ensure that this happens.

Matthew’s achievements were recognised by DETA in February 2007 when he received the Level 3 Apprentice of the Year Award.
