DETA 2000 (Doncaster Engineering Training Association) is an engineering training provider based in Kirk Sandall, Doncaster.  The company was founded by the present Managing Director – Nigel Parkin in 1997.  Over the last thirteen years Nigel and his staff have worked hard to build their reputation as a quality provider of engineering and related training across South Yorkshire.

DETA delivers engineering apprenticeship programmes (Electrical,Mechanical and Fabrication) commercial short courses, schools programme apprenticeships including the new Diploma in engineering and support for other training providers on a sub-contracted basis.

Mission Statement

We will grow by developing people to support our clients’ needs, and to become the most successful Engineering training provider in South Yorkshire, a big ask but we will give it a good try.
